(From Our Own Correspondent.) HALCOMBE. July 28. Members of the Methodist Bible class tendered a farewell to Miss M. Guy and Mr T. Blomficld, who are leaving this district. On behalf of the congregation Rev, R. Cooinbridgc thanked the. guests for the interest they had taken in tho Church’s activities. Miss D. Field and Air AI. Forgusson, in presenting the guests with tokens, expressed the hope that they would bo happy in their new surroundings. Miss Guy and Air Blomficld returned thanks. The two leading senior Rugby teams, Halcoinbe and Old Boys, will meet on the Recreation Ground on Saturday, and this should prove one of the most interesting games of the season. A curtain-raiser between Halcombo arid Bulls juniors will bo placed at 1.15 p.m. The Haleombe teams will he selected from the following: Seniors. ,1. Hughes, IV. Taitc, K. Searancke, K. Blumlcn, J.
