Per Press Association. GREYMOUTH. July 28. At an inquest this morning into the death of Arthur Spencer Culston, aged 3 tlio Coroner (Mr K. Lerner) returned a verdict of death from. asphyxiation during the burning of Ins parents 'house at Gobden. Dir Ferner commented that, doubtless on the evidence, certain questions arose, bat the elucidation might well involve consideration of whether there bad been an omission to perform ordinary reasonable acts to save the life of the child. As Coroner be must refrain from expressing an opinion on such matters at the inquest. which was not the place for am submission regarding justification oi excuse.
