A Hospital Rate of one half-penny (id) in the pound on the Unimproved Value of all rateable property within the County of Woodville. Such rates to be for the period commenced on the Ist day of April, 1939, arid ending on the 31st day of March, 1940. and to be payable in one payment on the .first day of September, 1939, at the County Office, Vogel Street, Woodville, where the Valuation Roll and Rate Book are open for inspection during Office hours.
