WRONGFUL ARREST.
DANZIG (SENATE’S APOLOGY. DANZIG. July 13. The Senate has apologised lor the arrest by the Danzig Secret Police of the Brazilian Charge d’Affaircs m Poland and the Consul at Gdynia tor taking photographs while sightseeing in the city. They were bundled into a police-van and detained for two hours. The camera was confiscated. DEVELOPMENT LIKELY. It is unofficially reported that Danzig has been told to continue preparations and that a positive development shortly may be expected.
