ANGLO-FRENCH ASSISTANCE. A Git EEAIEXT IMMINENT. (.United Press Association- —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright A LONDON, July 13. The Daily Telegraph says that an Anglo-Polish military and economic agreement is imminent under which Emdand and France, respectively, provide £5,000,000 and £3,500.000 for a fund to strengthen Polish finances to enable her to maintain the army in a state of .mobilisation. Britain, in addition, will provide a credit of £8.000,000 lor the purchase of war and raw materials.
