BOABD OF DIRECTORS MEET. The inonthlv meeting of the Y.AV.C.A. Board of Directors was held in the club room' on Friday. Air? C. A. Small presiding. Reports of the month s work showed that steady progress had been made in all groups. Hie club is affiliating with the Federation of Clubs, as organised at the recent Dominion Council held at AA ellington. lhe Lyceum 3Y9, Girl Citizen and Junior Girls’’Clubs wore all carrying out interesting programmes. Two teams have registered for basketball and there is keen enthusiasm. Aliss Barbara Stuart attended the Physical Culture School held this week in AA'cllington. Three new groups will commence activities shortly—a. business girls’ physical culture class, a similar class for women, and a Alotliers’ Club. It was decided to conduct a stall at the AVmter Show, as in previous years, also to organise a refreshment stall at representative Rugby matches, as permitted by tlie Alanawatu Itugby Union.
