PALESTINE PROBLEM
URGENT SETTLEMENT. Received April 18, 12.20 p.m. LONDON, April 17. The Egyptian Ambassador has returned from Cairo, where Palestine was again discussed. It is understood the Italian action in Albania has made a deep impression on the Arab States, and steps are Jikelv to reach a decision on Palestine at the earliest possible moment. Air Malcolm MacDonald is expected to make a statement on the subject shortly in the House of Commons.
