CHANCE TO REVIEW EVENTS. (Britisli Official Wireless). RUGBY, March 27. At the end of the week the Britisli Ambassador in Tokio (Sir Robert Craigie) is sailing from Japan to Shanghai, where lie will spend a few days. While lie is in Shanghai lie will have an opportunity to meet Sir Archibald Clerk Kerr (British Ambassador in China). ' The Ambassadors will doubtless welcome the chance of reviewing together J the general position in the Far East.
