SWISS SITUATION.
REPORTED LESS STRAINED. Received March 28, 10 a.m. BERNE, March 27. After a statement from At. A'lotta (Minister for Foreign Affairs), the Federal Council now regards the situation as less strained, and has cautioned the public against rumours.
