JERUSALEM TROUBLE. (Independent Gable Service.) JERUSALEM, March 27. The explosion of a. land-mine on the Lydda-Jerusalem railway derailed three waggons and injured a soldier and six workers. A Jewish constable was shot dead at Haifa to-day.
