CHINA’S FINANCES.
LOAN SERVICING PROBLEM. Received March 28, 1.20 p.m. CHUNGKING, March 27. It is officially stated that China is partly discontinuing the service of (foreign loans totalling L 15,250,000 secured on salt revenues in the same way as action was taken in January regarding the loans secured on Customs revenue. Tb© Anglo-French loan due on April 5 will be mlly paid, but the gold loan due oil March 30 not fully.
