COMPREHENSIVE SERIES. (Times Cables.) Received March 25, 1.5 p.m. LONDON, March 24. The Times Berlin correspondent states that the Premier of Manchukuo and the German Minister have signed a “most-favoured nation” agreement regarding German and Manclmkua.n goods within tho framework of the friendship treaty of 1938. A German-Belgian travelling agreement has been signed in order to encourage reciprocal tourist traffic. This is the favourite opening gambit in Germany's infiltration policy. The German and Dutch authorities have decided to renew the GermanoDutch sporty relations broken off in December.
