GERMAN FINANCE PLAN.

Received March 25. 2.30 p.m. BERLIN, March 24. Under the new German finance plan the tax bonds are being issued in two series, the first of which is acceptable at face value for the payment of taxes. They are due six months after the issue, but the longer they are held the greater will ho the (a.x reduction. Industry holding the bonds for ten months (one economic year) will receive a tax reduction of 20 per cent. The second series is acceptable as payment of taxes due after three years at 112 per rent, ol the lace value. The first series is expected to he issued on Mnv 1. BERLIN, March 24. An additional tax is announced of 3 per cent oti all incomes over £2OO. An earlier message is on page 7.
