POLISH ATTITUDE.

Received Mn.roh 25. 1.55 p.m. LONDON, March 24. The Times says that the Ambassador (M. Raczinski) to-day called on Lord Halifax to clarify the Polish attitude on the international situation. Poland is still reluctant to join an open declaration and is willing to enter personal talks on mutual security.
