NATIONALIST PLANS.
NEW PREMIER HINTED. FRANCO STILL HEAD. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph- -Copyright.) Received February 21, 10.40 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 24. Ou the application of General Franco’s representative, tbe Admiralty Court lias released eleven Spanish merchant ships arrested at various British ports under the writ granted to the Spanish Government. The application for release was not opposed. A. Perpignan message says well-in-formed circles state that General Franco is handing over the Premiership to his brother-in-law, Senor Serrano Ysuner, who is at present Minister of the Interior. General Franco will remain the head of the .state and the Army. A St. Jean do Luz report says that rebel troops have closed the frontier against the entry of military refugees. A Valencia report states that five .Savoia aeroplanes dropped fifty ( bombs on the British-owned port of Gandia. Almeria was bombed seven times yesterday.
