JURY DISAGREES.

Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Feb. 13

The retrial of George Albert Terry on a charge of negligently driving a ear and causing the death of Douglas Haig Outsell was hold in the Supreme Court to-day. When the case was first heard on February 7, the jury was unable to reach agreement and the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) discharged the jury and ordered a new trial. After a retirement of five hours and a half, the jury reported that it was unable to agree on a verdict. Mr Adams moved for a new trial and His Honour fixed the new trial for the next session of the Supreme Court. Bail was allowed as formerly.
