Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. Jan. 26

Thomas George Hannam, aged 26, of Palmerston North, was sentenced to nine months’ hard labour by Sir Hubert Ostler in the Supreme Court today on a charge of negligent driving causing bodily injury.
