NEW YORK, Jan. 19. The Washington correspondent oi the New York Times says that because of continued delay over the completion of arrangements for the reciprocal British-American trans-At-lantic service, which has now beer postponed at least till June, tlie Civi Aviation Authority has announced completion of an arrangement with France permitting. American planes to land for an experimental period of six months. . ... , .. Pan-American Airways will sliortlv inaugurate a service of four roundtrips weekly. Other American companies may participate in the arrangement in order to avoid aspec of a monopoly.
