BRITISH SUPPLY SCHEME

Received January 21. 1.5 pm. GENEVA, Jan. 20. Mr R. A. Butler announced to the League Council, to-day, that Britain, through the Red Cross and similar organisations, would distribute food and other supplies to 2,000,000 Spanish refugees. She was not asking the other Governments represented on the League Council to co-operate.
