APOLOGY TENDERED
RELEASE FROM GAOL. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, Dec. 21. After writing an apology from gaol, Frank Harrison was released by the same Judges at whom he threw tomatoes. The remission was granted owing to the Christmas season.
There was an astounding scene m the Court of Appeal, London, on December 2, when Frank Harrison, after the rejection of his application for a new County Court trial, returned _to the Court' when the Judges were departing at lunch time, and shouted: ‘ 1 want justice,” at the same time throwing several tomatoes at Lord Justices Clauson and Goddard. The tomatoes missed the Judges and burst a'gainst the woodwork. A spectator seized Harrison’s arm, preventing him from throwing more. The Judges returned to the Bench and Lord Clauson said: We dealt with the application to the best of our ability. Harrison Was sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment for contempt of Court. Harrison, yelling “There is no justice left in England, was hustled put.
