FRIENDSHIP WITH BRITAIN. BUCHAREST, Dec. 21. In accordance with King Carol’s policy of injecting young blood into the Ministry, M. Grigore Gafencu, a 46-year-oid editor, has been appointed Foreign Minister. He is a well-known admirer of Britain. . The new Minister immediately issued a statement that he intended to preserve Britain’s friendship.
