SENSATION CAUSED. NATIONAL GOVERNMENT PLAN. (Independent Cable, Service.) Received December 23, 8.5 a.m. ' PARIS, Dec. 22. A first-class political sensation has been caused by reports that M. Blum is sounding out M. Tardieu, who is regarded as one •of the most reactionary politicians, with a view to creating a National Government, which M. Blum is willing to serve. Both MM. Tardieu and Delbos, who is stated to he the medium through whom MM. Blum ’ and Tardieu conducted "the conversations, deny the story.
