GERMAN JEWS. HERDED LIKE CATTLE. INDESCRIBABLE PLIGHT. (United Presr Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received December 23, -10 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 22. The British United Press Berlin correspondent says that 20,000 of the Jew's arrested during the pogroms have been released from the concentration camps. They have been refused visas, though they have been ordered to emigrate wfitbip 10 days. It is estimated that 146 have died in seven months. Thousands are herded like cattle in indescribable conditions and are forced to sleep in their frozen clothes without blankets or straw.
