WASHINGTON, Dec. 15. / The State Department, in its third Note -to the German Government during the last few weeks, demands an immediate assurance that American Jews residing in Germany will not be affected by the anti-Jewish decrees. The Note expressed disappointment at Germany’s failure to give assurances in this matter, and reminded Germany that the United States of America has afforded German citizens equal rights with other foreign nationals.
