MEMORIAL TO ASQUITH.
(British Official Wireless.) Received December 17, 8.5 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 15. A formal motion has been submitted to the House of Commons that the House on Monday consider a humble address to His Majesty the King, praying that directions he given that a monument be erected in the Houses of Parliament to the memory of the Earl of Oxford and Asquith, a former Prime Minister.
