FULL AGREEMENT REPORTED
. LONDON, Oct. 18. The Financial News confirms that a c omplete agreement is assured hot ween Britain and the United States, clmngmg hundreds of the schedulers in the Anglo-American tariffs. These will he embodied in a document which is being prepared. Certain difficulties of drafting remain to be overcome. American raw materials, apples, and other farm products, and tobacco will have easier entry to Britain. America will reciprocate regarding specialised British manufactures, including certain textiles.
