MARTON. Aug. 31. Mr and Mrs R. Chittenden are visiting Marton. Mr E. Twigg has returned home after participating in the ski championship at the Chateau. Mr and Mrs 0. H. Bridge have returned from a holiday in Christchurch. Mr and Mrs J. S. H. Robertson, of Lower Hutt, are visiting Marton. Mrs S. L. E. Torrens is visiting friends at Eltliain. Miss L. Stevens, of Wanganui, has been visiting Mrs N. Shelton.
