GERMAN FLEET REVIEWED. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, Aug. 22. Herr Hitler and Admiral Horthy (Regent of Hungary), after the christening of the new cruiser Prince Eugene by Madame Horthy, went to sea and reviewed 117 warships. They later watched night exercises.
