APPEARANCE IN COURT. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 27. Colin William Glass, described as a miner aged 25, appeared before Mr C. R. Orr-Walker, S.M in the Police Court this morning charged with.having been found without lawful excuse in the Rob Roy Hotel on April 18, having been convicted of the offence of attempting to discharge a . firearm with intent to do grievous bodily harm, and having been in lawful custody in the Waikeria Borstal Institute, he did escape from custody.
