RECAPTURED PRISONER.
APPEARANCE IN COURT. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 27. Colin William Glass, described as a miner aged 25, appeared before Mr C. R. Orr-Walker, S.M in the Police Court this morning charged with.having been found without lawful excuse in the Rob Roy Hotel on April 18, having been convicted of the offence of attempting to discharge a . firearm with intent to do grievous bodily harm, and having been in lawful custody in the Waikeria Borstal Institute, he did escape from custody. On the application of the police he was remanded until July. 4. - ■'
