SYDNEY WOOL SALES. SYDNEY, May 26. At the wool, sales to-day, Japanese buyers gave excellent support, while France, Germany and Italy operated satisfactorily. Best descriptions ruled in sellers’ favour. Greasy Merino made to 18d. The average price of wool for the first three- days of the week was £l2 11s 7d a - bale, or 9.9 d a lb.
