REWARD FOR ARREST. LONDON, April 21. The Daily Telegraph’s Vienna correspondent says a police gazette contains notice of the offering of a reward for the arrest of the Archduke Otto on a charge of high treason, the publication of which empowers the German Government to confiscate his property in Austria. A message from the Vienna correspondent of the Daily Telegraph on April 11 stated that Herr Hueber (Minister of Justice) bad disclosed that a warrant for high treason had been issued against Archduke Otto. If be appeared on German soil lie would bo tried for his life. It was, believed the reason for this step was tlie archduke’s appeal to the Powers, begging them to extend their protection to Austria.
