Holford, a single limn, aged about 21, was admitted to the Wanganui Hospital suffering from a fractured skull and ribs and a broken collar hone. The injuries were the result of a collision between a motor cycle, ridden by him, and a motor car, in the vicinity of the Hunterville Police Station. The death lias occurred of Mr John Joseph Foley, a well-known and highly respected citizen of Ma.rton, who was employed by the Marton Borough Council. He had been a resident of Marton for the past 24 years.
