ARBITRATION COURT.

Per Press Association. ' WELLINGTON, March 19. Mr A. W. Nisbet (secretary of the Wellington Manufacturers’ Association) has with the Minister’s coilsent withdrawn his nomination for employers’ representative on the Second Court of Arbitration. One reason is that the appointment is limited to 12 months and will possibly be only, for the unexpired portion of Mr W. E. Andersoms term. Mr Nisbet goes by air to Auckland to-morrow en route to Sydney in response to an invitation from the Federal Chamber of Manufacturers to the Wellington Association to send an officer to Australia to study first-hand the recent developments in manufacturing and working of organisations.
