SOUGHT BY HERR HITLER. LONDON, March 3. It is understood that one of the main subjects of the discussion between Sir Neville Henderson (British Ambassador) and Herr Hitler was the grievance which the Chancellor expressed against the British Press on February 20, says the Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. Before promising the resumption of the Anglo-Qerman conversations where Lord Halifax left off, Herr Hitler asked for assurances that the conversations should not be subject to advance Press comment and speculation which would distort and misrepresent their, purpose, rendering them useless.
