Mrs Fraser (vice-president) called upon Airs Mason to accept a beautifully upholstered two-way fireside chair as a smoll token of the love and esteem in which she is held. In reply, Airs Atason was too much surprised to say very much, hut members wished her a speedy recovery, and hoped that soon she will again be able to take an active part. With Airs Petty at the piano, musical honours were accorded her. ATrs Petty submitted the secretary’s report for the year, which was a comprehensive summary of the activities, demonstrations, and lectures. Mrs Petty also presented the balance sheet, and this revealed that the finances were in a healthy condition. The drama circle convener (Airs Alayhew) read her report, as did Airs P. Heayns. Huddleston. Alayhew. Mason, AlcAvoy Petty, P. R. Simpson, J. Simpson, H. Thurston, Vincent and Wilton. Airs P. R.
