ATTEMPTED SUBMARINE THEFT RENNES, March 4. The Court decided to-day that there was no case against Major Troncoso (former Commandant of Jrun), and four others accused of attempting to steal the Spanish submarine C‘2 at Brest last year, but Major Troncoso and the others await additional charges in connection with the traffic of arms.
