CHANGE OF STATION.
PACIFIC AIR SERVICE. HONOLULU, Feb. 27. It is understood that tiny Rose Island, 150 miles from Pago Pago, will replace the latter as the cential station when Pan-American Airways resumes the New Zealand clipper service. Wind uncertainty due to high mountains at Pago Pago dictated the change.
