BOY’S TRAGIC PLIGHT. Received February 26. 10.20 a.m. , LONDON, Feb. 25. Tlie mother of a fourteen-year-old boy charged with theft in South London said doctors thrice certified the boy as dead. He suffered fits for years and could go off in a fit at will in order to gain sympathy. Sometimes the fits lasted for 48 hours, recovering hours after he was left for dead.
