FRENCH DEPUTIES MEET. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received February 26, 11.30 a.in. PARIS, Feb. 25. Though .the crux is not expected until to-morrow, shouts. of “Traitor! Dirty dog! Communist! Cagoulard! Coward!” were hurled back and forth during the foreign affairs debate in the House of Deputies to-day. M. Herriot, taking over the chair from M. Candace, vainly urged more dignified ocnduct, pointing out that the least incident was noticed abroad.
