STATE OF CHAOS.
DESOLATION'. IN TERUEL. - TERUEL, Feb. 23. The insurgents liave pushed on three miles south of the city, threatening the main Valencia Road. The Government admits the loss of Castralbo village on the Valencia Road and continues to cover up the magnitude of the retreat, asserting that it was orderly. Teruel presents a scene of fantastic desolation, completely uninhabitable with hundreds of houses collapsed and blocking the streets. The famous seminary is a chaotic pile of masonry.
