BUNNYTHORPE.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) BUXNYTHORPE, Dee. 22.
Mrs J. Caldwell, of Waitoa (Waikato), is visiting her parents, Mr and Mrs \\. B. Duthie, to attend the wedding of her brother, Mr L. Duthie. A pleasing ceremony took place at Messrs A. F. Martins Foundry, Palmerston North, when hri fellow employees presented Mr Duthie with a handsome clock. On Tuesday evening the members of the Bunnythorpe Football Club gathered lo convey an expression of good wishes to Mr Duthie, who had been a member of the club for many years. Mr W. Andrew, president, in voicing best wishes asked him to accept a crystal jug. Mr H. Bnng’.ey. of the railway staff, is on his annual holiday, which is to bo spent in tho Waikato.
