ENGLAND AND AMERICA. (Times Cables.) LONDON, Dee. 21. The Times says that British _ economic experts are to go to Washington early in 1938 to begin, under the leadership of the British Ambassador to the United States (Sir Ronald Lindsay), negotiations for an Anglo-Ameri-can trade agreement.
