LONDON. Nov. 28. The Siamese Prince Birabongse, a famous racing motorist, who races under the name of B. Bira, has become engaged to an art student, Ceril, the only daughter of Lieut.-Colonel P. R. Hey cock, of London. “We have been unofficially engaged for several years,” said Miss Heycock, “but we deferred the announcement till I became 21. The marriage requires the permission of the King of Siam, which was cabled on Friday.”
