PERSONAL.

The death occurred in Wellington yesterday of Mr Hector Douglas McConachie. formerly of Feilding. The late Mr McConachie was the youngest son of the late Mr and Mrs D. McConachie, who had for many years been residents of Feilding. He was a very popular young man and for some years was employed by the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Distributing Company at Feilding and Marton'. He visited the Old Country some years ago and on his return to New Zealand had suffered ill-health. His friends will regret his passing at the age of 34, and sympathy will be extended to his relatives, of whom Mrs C. Robson, of Derby Street, is a sister.
