He said his talks with Baron von Neurath, General Goering and Dr. Goebbels showed considerable divergencies over the whole rnnge of French and German views, but peace was desired across the Rhine as ardently as in France. A Budapest report says M. Delbos, en route to Prague, spent half an hour conferring with the personal representative of the Hungarian Foreign Minister.
