INVITATION TO OTHER LANDS. LONDON. Nov. 25. Mr Hander; M.P. (Liberal), in a speech urged the extension of tlie British Commonwealth of Nations to include foreign nations, such as Norway. Sweden, Denmark. Holland, and Greece He had already asked the Prime Minister (Mr Chamberlain) to let it lie known that Britain would consider sympathetically applications from foreign States for inclusion on mutually advantageous terms. The Prime Minister, he said, had replied non-committally, but had not rejected the idea in principle.
