TERRORIST PLOT.

DISCOVERY IN BRAZIL. RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec. G. A plot to blow up battleships, the police headquarters and office buildings is alleged to have been discovered after the arrest of a notorious Leftist terrorist. The police seized bombs which they described as containing enough T.N.T. to blow up a large city. They also closed up the offices of the Integralistas in accordance with the decree issued last Friday and seized large quantities of arms, ammunition and gas-bombs.

President Vargas on Friday decreed the dissolution of all political parties, including the Fascist, thus further strengthening the dictatorship and eliminating the remnants of popular suffrage in Brazil.
