FLOODS IN BALKANS.
LOSSES OF "LIFE. ATHENS, Dec. 7. Torrential rains lmve caused severe flooding in Western Greece. Twenty villages are inundated, several lives being lost. Losses of stock are heavy. At Sofia heavy snowstorms and rains have caused serious floods, cutting rail communication in several parts of Bill-* garia. Three men have perished in snowdrifts in the Rila Mountains. Widespread damage to winter crops is reported.
