ANTITRUST LAW.
A WASHINGTON RULING. WASHINGTON, Dec. V. Interpreted as an important victory for the Administration’s anti-trust campaign, the Supreme Court has upheld the Government’s right to prosecute anti-trust charges against the Aluminium Company of America which were , brought on April 24. ■ The Court has rebuffed the corporation’s efforts to halt the Federal suit for its dissolution.
