The butter market in London daring the past week lias been steady in tone, and on the cheese market a slovy tendney has prevailed. / Current quotations are as follow, those previously, cabled being included in parentheses: Butter. Danish, 141 sto 142 s (140 s). Choicest salted: New Zealand, 114 sto 115 s (115 s) ; Australian, 112 sto 113 s (113 s). Unsalted: New Zealand, 120 sto 122 s (120 s); Australian, 116 s to 118 s (120 s). Cheese.—New Zealand: White, 68s 6d (71s); coloured, 76s 6d (70s). Australian: White, 67s to 67s 6d (69s to 70s) ; coloured 66s to 66s 6d (not quoted).
